The VCMS Spring Meeting will be held on March 5th and 6th at the Doubletree by Hilton Midlothian.

Registration can be paid online or by check.

We regret that we cannot provide refunds, but your registration can be transferred to another person.

While VCMS strives to address any and all allergy concerns raised by participants in advance of our conferences, we cannot guarantee control over what allergens participants might be exposed to from public spaces or other attendees at our conferences. Food served at our conferences may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Although reasonable precautions are taken, VCMS cannot guarantee allergen free items as these are third-party commercial food products. It is the individual participant's responsibility to be cautious, use discretion and communicate in advance any allergy concerns they may have. VCMS will not be liable for adverse reactions.
